You spent decades building a life. Now it's time to actually enjoy it, and decide what's next.
I created Play Intelligence™ to help women trust themselves, play with possibility, and create what's next — with more purpose, joy and impact.

You did the things. Built the career. Raised the babies. Paid the bills. Showed up. Took care of people. Figured shit out. You became incredibly capable along the way.
And now something interesting is happening. There's a little more room. More time. More freedom. More choice.
And maybe a question you haven't had the space to ask in a very long time: what do I actually want?
Not what should I want. Not what makes the most sense. Not what does everyone need from me. What do I want to do with this extraordinary life I've built?
You know you're not done. Not even close. Maybe there's a business in you. A book. A movement. An adventure. A completely different way of living. Or maybe you have absolutely no idea. Perfect.
The ability to meet life with curiosity, imagination, wonder and a willingness to experiment — so you can discover possibilities you couldn't see from inside the old game.
What am I curious about?
When there isn't a prescribed next step, you need curiosity.
What wants to be created through me?
When you can't see what's next, you need imagination.
What if I tried…?
When you don't know how it turns out, you need the courage to experiment.
What do I choose?
When nobody else can tell you what's right for you, you need self-trust.
You are 100% irrevocably lovable. Right now.
So are you ready to stop treating your life like one big self-improvement project? You don't need to fix yourself before you get to have some fun with what's next.
Curious where you're starting from?
Take the 2-minute Play Drive Assessment to measure your current capacity for curiosity, wonder, and experimentation.
You've spent decades growing something. Wisdom. Experience. Skills. Stories. Instincts. Relationships. Gifts. Some of it came from things you chose. Some of it came from things you definitely did not. But here you are — and there's fruit on the tree. Maybe it's time to eat it.
You played the game
The scripts you inherited, the ones that served you — and the ones you're ready to stop playing by.
What are you hungry for?
How to hear desire again beneath all the shoulds, responsibilities and perfectly reasonable reasons not to.
Play a different game
A first introduction to Play Intelligence™ and a new way of discovering what's next.
There comes a point when personal growth becomes another way of postponing your life. Another book. Another course. Another version of yourself you need to become before you're finally ready. What if you're already ready?
What am I going to do with everything I already am?
That’s the heart of Eat the Fruit.
Bringing the sheer pleasure of your life—your experiences, desires, wisdom, and gifts—back to the center. Not so you can disappear into yourself, or a tub of champagne (although that could be quite fun), but so you can become more fully part of the world.
So you can create, contribute, speak, lead, love, and give from a full cup.
This is your time to stop spending your life proving your value and start living it.
I'm endlessly fascinated by what happens when humans stop trying so hard to get everything right and become curious enough to discover what else is possible.
I've built businesses. Written things. Made things. Sold things. Taught things. Walked long roads. Studied improv. Started over. Changed my mind. Followed ideas that made no sense on paper and occasionally discovered they made perfect sense in real life. My life has not followed a particularly straight line. Thankfully!
The qualities we're encouraged to leave behind in childhood — curiosity, imagination, wonder, experimentation and play — are exactly the qualities we need to navigate a rapidly changing world. That became Play Intelligence™.
A guided experience for women ready to turn everything they've lived into clarity, choice, creativity and meaningful contribution.

Waiting for certainty is a spectacular way to waste a perfectly good decade. So maybe we stop waiting. Maybe we get curious. Maybe we follow what feels alive. Maybe we make something. Maybe we surprise ourselves. Maybe we play. Because the world doesn't need less of you now — it needs everything you've become.
